Balanced Behavior ABA, PLLC. currently holds a waitlist for direct services.

Parent consultation-only services may be available for individuals seeking immediate support. This is dependent on insurance approval.

To be placed on the waitlist:

Please contact us directly.

We give priority of space to individuals who have submitted all documentation (see above). Once all required documents are received, a confirmation of file completion will be provided, at which time you will also receive your current spot on the list.

Time estimates may vary based on staff/client schedule availability, service format, and access to appropriate training/support for our staff.

If you are looking to submit a referral, please direct applicable forms or requests to our fax line: 360-326-2205

You may also contact our administrative team directly via email (admin@balancedbehavioraba.com) or phone (360-524-6266)

If coordination of service is requested, a signed release of information will be required before scheduling with our providers.

ABA is considered an intensive intervention, meaning that we work with clients at a higher frequency of hours than other traditional models.

As a new client, you could expect regular sessions scheduled on a weekly basis. The number of hours recommended will be based on clinical need and family needs.

We often see clients for direct services between 4-10 hours per week on average.

Parent consultation only services are more flexible with an average of 2-4 meetings per month.

We do require that parents/guardians are actively involved in services either during direct sessions (with the child present) and/or via 1:1 meetings (without the child present).

As services progress, hours will be gradually reduced to support eventual discharge from services when the time is right. This will be discussed well in advance and a strategic plan will be made to ensure discharge is warranted.
